American Calibration keeps your business going, ensuring quality by calibrating and testing your gages and equipment. Our technicians are neither incentivized to pass nor to fail gages, and don’t earn any commissions on gage repairs or replacements. When a piece of test equipment is found to be out of tolerance or inoperable, we determine with each customer their desired response.
Some customers elect to have American Calibration adjust or repair gages. In that case, our technicians will use all means at hand to make adjustments and bring the item or gage into tolerance. If further repair is needed than can be provided in-house, we leverage our extensive relationships with sister laboratories and/or specialized repair technicians across the country to find the right parts and service to get your items up, running, and within spec once again.
Other customers choose to replace failed gages. Our Concept sister companies have decades of experience in metrology, and can recommend the right replacement gages for your accuracy and precision needs.
Gages may be calibrated after repair to ensure accuracy and returned to you with a NIST Traceable certificate.
American Calibration also offers repair evaluation for Rockwell hardness testers and other measurement machinery. We can also quote for upgrade and refurbishing of your equipment. Please contact our office for further details.
